Delivery and payment terms
Paskakauppa (Arkista paskaa Oy, FI29605804) sells products to private persons and companies in Finland and abroad.
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions. Customers should familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions before placing an order.
2. Customers’ contact information
Please make sure to give a valid email and a phone number that can receive text messages. We will be in contact if we need additional information or details concerning your order. Please make sure your phone number includes your country code.
Always check your shopping cart at the checkout. Before accepting your order there will be a summary of your order. At this point you can still make changes to amounts and products. You will always get a confirmation of the order in your email after order. If you do not get a confirmation, please check the email address you supplied / your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the e-commerce checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, delivery costs and returning policy (below). An order confirmation will be sent by email. The ordered products and their prices and taxes are shown in the order confirmation. You can buy and order without registering.
All prices include 14%/24% VAT, though retailers in Finland will see VAT-less prices. We reserve the right to change prices. Paying VAT is required in the EU.
4. Order processing time
Your order will be processed and shipped (left for shipment) within 1-3 business days. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by email or phone. In these cases, the processing time may be longer.
Payment is made via a secure connection on the trusted payment provider’s page. The vendor’s servers do not process payments. The vendor never asks for bank account details, ID’s or passwords via email or phone.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Note. Posti is not responsible for any delivery delays arising from Customs inspections or other measures in the destination country.
Parcel include a tracking number, which you will be emailed a link of.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, it should be reported to us immediately, but at most within 14 days. Packages damaged in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for delivery.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email and address.

Note! Individually made products have no right of exchange or return.
We will not accept returns after 14 business days. Once we have received the return, it will be processed. When the return is accepted, a refund will only be made to the original, payment method used to check out in the initial order.
If the order has not been canceled and the products are returned to the vendor, we will charge 14,00€ the customer for the costs incurred for sending and returning them. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid telephone number and a valid (and active) e-mail address when receiving an order and to pick up the products after the arrival notification.
If you cancel and return the entire order, we will refund the price you paid for the order (according to the lowest postage). If you return only some of the products, we will only refund the purchase price of those products. We do not pay the difference between the cheapest option and any more expensive shipping method you chose (such as an express letter or package). Payment will be refunded using the payment method used by the customer after the products have arrived at the vendor and have been inspected for sale.
Shipping costs for returns and orders not picked up
Returns are free.
For non-picked orders (Posti and Mathahuolto) packages that the customer does not pick up at the pick-up point and returns to us), we charge the customer 14,00€ (we also must pay the return costs to the transport company). This amount will be deducted from the order price paid by the customer before the refund. Failure to pick up an order is not a cancellation of the order.
The vendor is responsible for the cost of return in the event of a misdelivered or damaged product. Contact us and we will provide return instructions.
